Are you in a long distance relationship?? Have you ever wondered how to make it grow when you are separated by a great distance?? First, long distance relationships are difficult.? Second, there are definitely things you can do to enhance the relationship.

This is where technology is on your side.? You can communicate often and pretty effectively.? Text, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, and SKYPE.? All of these can be your relationship building friends.? Use them often.

Another way to connect is for both of you to read the same book or do the same Bible study and then interact on what you have read or learned or both.

Nothing really takes the place of being together in the same place, so be together as often as possible.? If you think the relationship could or is moving toward marriage, I strongly suggest moving close enough together and having a more normal dating relationship before you take that step.

Bottom line is that there are a lot of long distance relationships that have ended in good marriages and a lot of them that have not.? All good relationships take work and long distance relationships are no exception.
