Juniors: Town of Newburgh 9, Monroe-Woodbury 3

Evan Danoski had three hits and three RBI to lead Town of Newburgh to a win at Town of Wallkill.

Chris Lossow doubled, singled, walked twice and scored three runs, and David Kolb had two hits and two RBI for Town of Newburgh, which plays Town of Wallkill at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Washingtonville.

Joey Agostinivi had two hits for Monroe-Woodbury, which was eliminated.


Pine Bush 12, Town of Wallkill 8

Devin Moore struck out seven batters over five innings, and Ryan Zelonis went 2-for-2 with three runs to lead Pine Bush to a win at City of Newburgh.

Pine Bush moves on to the District 19 championship where it will play Town of Wallkill or Town of Newburgh at 5:30 p.m. Friday at a site to be determined.

Town of Wallkill and Town of Newburgh play at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Washingtonville.


Seniors: Town of Wallkill 7, Montgomery 6

Marc Rodriguez drove in two runs, and Brendan Watson went 2-for-3 with an RBI to lead Town of Wallkill to victory in Pine Bush.

Town of Wallkill will play Wallkill Area at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Washingtonville.

Charlie Reichle struck out four and went 2-for-5 for Montgomery, which was eliminated. Randy Wood homered for Montgomery.
