How was your weekend?

Mine was stellar. With a capital S.

Weekend Recap

Ya all saw my Friday and Friday evening date night, right?

If not, here it is. You?ll want to check it out. YUMMY food pics and a book review to boot!

Saturday was pretty darn good too.

After sleeping in a bit, I hit the gym for 3.33 miles of HIIT running on the treadmill, and some weights action (full body). It was okay. The gym was crowded so that was kind of annoying.

But then again, my fault for going after 9 a.m. (it?s SO quiet at like 6 a.m. on a Saturday).

After showering, I ate this:

Mmmm. So good. And still going strong. By the way, the cream cheese must be just right-not too thick, not too thin.

The other day my husband spread my bagel for me (I was running late. Surprise, surprise), and although it was super kind of him, he totally spread the cream cheese wayyyyy too thin. So naturally I had to add extra.

Anyways.

After my breakfast, I headed to my Birthday MASSAGE appointment!

WAHOO.

{My birthday is in 9 days, so feel free to send gifts now.} :)

It was great! (more on that below)

Hit the grocery stores.

Showered again.

Ate my Cafe Rio leftovers from yesterday?s date night:

They made it look wayyyy better. Ahh well. It still tasted AWESOME.

Did laundry. Cleaned. Read.

And then went with the hubs to see a movie in the dollar theatre.

It was pretty good! I actually kinda like action-packed movies that keep me hanging. (Half the time I had no idea what was going on, which kept me interested and on the edge of my seat.)

I ate this during it:

Yah. I have no idea what it is either.

Kidding. It was dark chocolate toffee almonds, dark choc almonds, and milk choc cashews.

We never really ate dinner, so after the movie I made myself a snack:

Sunday we slept in (I slept for 11 hours!).

We also went to church, read, baked, cooked, went on a walk, and had a blast just chillin.?

It was such a good weekend!
